Cisco Street Remodel

This 1930’s cottage has plenty of charm, but needs more space for the growing family that calls it home. We will be gutting the home and expanding to make this 2 bedroom, 1 bath home into a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. Our main objectives are to keep the home in scale with the modest size houses on the street, maintain the character of the structure and make the original portion of the home flow into the new space without interruption.

Demolition is complete and our footing has been poured. Next, the foundation block will be laid. While this work is progressing on the exterior, the homeowners and I will turn our attention to the interior selections. With paint, plumbing and tile selections finalized, our next task is to work out a lighting plan and select light fixtures. I look forward to updating you as we progress!
